Finding Solutions

Find two solutions for the linear equation: 2x + y = 6.

Calculation Steps:

  1. 1Let x = 0: 2(0) + y = 6 => y = 6. Solution 1 = (0, 6).
  2. 2Let y = 0: 2x + 0 = 6 => 2x = 6 => x = 3. Solution 2 = (3, 0).
