Example 1
Volume of a Sphere
Find the volume of a sphere with radius 3 cm. (Use pi = 22/7)
Calculation Steps:
- 1Identify radius: r = 3 cm.
- 2Apply formula: V = (4/3) * pi * r³.
- 3Calculation: (4/3) * (22/7) * 3 * 3 * 3 = 4 * (22/7) * 9 = 792/7 ≈ 113.14 cubic cm.
Solution113.14 cubic cm
