Date

Receiver's Details
Designation and address of the recipient (Formal letters only).
Subject Line
A brief, one-line summary stating the purpose of the letter (Formal letters only).
Salutation & Body
Greeting followed by 3 parts: Introduction, Details, and Closing/Request.
Subscription & Signature
Sign-off (e.g., Yours sincerely, Yours lovingly) followed by name.
Essential Rules to Follow
